A workshop meeting of the Appomattox Town Council was held on Tuesday, January 27, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Office with Mayor Spiggle presiding. .

Members present: W. H. Carson, C, L. McDearmon, S. E. Lawson, N. H. Mayberry, M. H. Mitchell, Joyce Bennett.

Others present; Chuck Warner, David T. Garrett, Jr., Town Manager and Roxanne Paulette, Clerk.

On a motion by Mr. Lawson, Chairman of the Property and Street Committee, Council voted to table Mr. Warner’s request to build an apartment complex on Lucy Street the February 9, 2004 Council Meeting. All voting aye. Motion carried. :

On a motion by McDearmon, seconded: by Mr. Carson, Council voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 p.m. All _voting aye. Motion carried.
