Regular Meeting — August 11, 2003 The regular meeting of the Appomattox Town Council was held on Monday, August 11, 2003 at 6:00 PM with Mayor Spiggle presiding.

Those present: Mayor Spiggle, David T. Garrett, Jr., Town Manager, and Bobbie H. Mullins, Clerk of Council.

There being no Council members present, the meeting was recessed and reconvened until August 25, 2003 at 6:00 PM in the Appomattox Town Office.
