The regular meeting of the Appomattox Town Council was held on Monday, July 14, 2003 at.7:30 PM with Vice Mayor Marvin House presiding.

Those present were: Marvin H. Mitchell and Bobbie H. Mullins, Clerk.

‘Absent were: Joyce Bennett, C. Lewis McDearmon, Norman H. Mayberry, Steve Lawson, and W. EH. Carson.

The Clerk of Council noted that a quorum was not present to conduct business, therefore,

the rneeting was recessed and reconvened until July 22, 2003 at 6:00 PM in the Appomattox Town Office.
