Ona motion by Mr. Lawson, seconded by Mr. Mayberry, Council voted to table indefinitely Items UB, 1 and 2 on the Agenda and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.

Ona motion by Mr. Carson, seconded by Mr. Mayberry, Council voted to agree to pay the Town’s portion, $1,166.67 for the Consultants Fee to study the health insurance for the Regional Commission, all those present voting aye. Motion carried.

Ona motion by Mr. Mitchell, seconded by Mr. McDearmon, Council voted to set the Fall Clean Up Weeks as October 28" through November 1%, and November 4° thro November 8"", 2002, and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.

Ona motion by Mr. Carson, seconded by Mr. Mitchell, Council voted to appoint Mrs. Bennett, and Mr. Lawson to the CEDS Committee and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.

Mr. Garrett informed Council that the Water Samples for Clean Metals testing cost an additional $400.00.
