A meeting of the Appomattox Town Council and Appomattox County Board of . Supervisors with the Appomattox Planning Commission was held on Monday, July 29, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Spiggle.

Members present: S. E. Lawson, Joyce Bennett, Marvin Mitchell and Lewis McDearmon.

Members absent: Jimmy Mayberry and W. H. Carson. No action was taken.

On a motion by Mr. Mitchell, seconded by Mr. Lawson the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
