On a motion by Mr, Carson, seconded by Mr. Mitchell, Council voted to table New Business, Item 2 on Administrative Zoning Fees until the Workshop Meeting and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.

On a motion by Mr. McDearmon, seconded by Mr. Lawson, Council voted to table the request from the Historical Society, to name the 460 By Pass the “C. T. Moses, Jr., Memorial Avenue”, until we have time to contact Virginia Department of Transportation and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.

There being no further business to come before Council, the meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
