Ona motion by Mr. Mayberry, seconded by Mrs. Bennett, Council voted to approve the transfer of $1500.00 from the Sanitation Equipment Fund and put it in the Roll Out Cart Maintenance Fund, and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.

On a motion by Mr. Mayberry, seconded by Mr. McDearmon, Council voted to authorize Mr. Phillips to draw up an ordinance for the Town Code to add a section to cover “conditional zoning”, and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.

There being no further business to come before Council, the meeting adjourned at 8:45 PM
