On a‘motion by Mr. Mayberry, seconded by Mr. Mitchell, Council voted to accept the addendum to the lease agreement with the Chamber of Commerce with one change, Item 1, to add after Lessee “without payment of Rent.”
Carson-aye Mitchell-aye Mayberry-aye McDearmon-aye Motion carried. 4 to 0 vote
On a motion by Mr. Carson, seconded by Mr. Mayberry, Council voted that before the lease and addendum will be signed, the Chamber of Commerce must pay 50% of the past due rent owed to the Town.
Carson-aye McDearmon-aye Mitchell-aye Mayberry-aye Motion carried.
