On a motion by Mr. Carson, seconded by Mr. Mayberry, Council voted to reconsider the request by SBA for a 199 Foot Monopole on Clayton Bryant’s property, and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.

On a motion by Mr. Carson, seconded by Mr. McDearmon, Council approved the request from SBA, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit for a 199 Foot Monopole on property owned by Clayton Bryant with the following two conditions: providing a landscape buffer of Leland Cypress trees and Evergreen trees around the base of the tower compound and install a motion light detector at the base of the Tower.

Mrs. Sarah Terry from Congressman Goode’s office came to Council to introduce herself and offer their help to Council.

| On a motion by Mr. Carson, seconded by Mrs. Bennett, Council voted to

| approve the payment of the 25% of the repair work on Engine 1 in the amount of $1,972.88 as presented. Lawson-aye Bennett-aye McDearmon-aye Mayberry-aye Carson-aye Motion carried.

On a motion by Mr. Mayberry, seconded by Mr. Lawson, Council voted to declare the items on the list as presented by David Garrett as surplus property and offer it for sale at the School auction in October, and all those present voting aye. Motion carried. See attached list.

There being no further business to come before Council, the meeting adjourned.
