Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the Appomattox Town Council reconvened in regular session and hereby certifies that to the best of each members knowledge: Consultation with legal Counsel about litigation or specific legal matters was the only business discussed in the closed session by the Appomattox Town Council.

Ayes: Joyce Bennett, C. Lewis McDearmon, Norman Mayberry Marvin Mitchell
Nays: None
Absent: R. L. Bass and Steve Lawson Motion carried unanimously.
On a motion by Mr. Mitchell, seconded by Mr. Mayberry, Council voted to have the fence near the parking lot going towards the Mill building owned by H. G. Lawson, and the rail around the depot be of baked on enamel on aluminum instead of wrought iron with a similar design, and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.
On a motion by Mr. Mitchell, seconded by Mr. Mayberry, Council voted to approve the change-order to Main Street Project for a new Sidewalk on the northside of Main Street at $3,268.20, add a planter area at the Depot, and brick edging at Lee Street $1,782.00, and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before Council, the meeting adjourned.
