On a motion by Mr. Bass, seconded by Mr. Carter, Council voted to deny the passage of the proposed amendment to the Town Code Section 46-2, Firing of Weapons, in Town.

Motion passed to deny passage. There being no further business to come before Council, the meeting adjourned at 8:50 PM.
