Legion to hold a Circus in the Courtland Field and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.
On a motion by Mr. Carter, seconded by Mr. Mayberry, Council voted to designate the weeks fo March 25th thru 29th and April 1 thru 5th, as Spring Clean Up and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.
Mayor Spiggle presented a request from Barbara Carr, Deborah Powell and Luella Coleman, for permission to use the
j A. A. Babcock property for a Bed and Breakfast with a catering service which requires a special exemption in the R-2 zone.
On a motion by Mr. Carter, seconded by Marvin Mitchell, Council voted to refer the request from Barbara Carr, Deborah Powell, and Luella Coleman to the Planning Commission for their study and recommendation and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.
| On a motion by Mr. Carter, seconded by Marvin Mitchell, Council i voted to hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM on March 25, 1996
to allow citizens input on the CDGB Grant Application, and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.
It was general consensus of Town Council to check on the purchase of the police car previously driven by Wilson Staples, if it can be obtained at the price of $4000, to be used for Town Business.
