On a motion by Mr. Bass, seconded by Mr. Mitchell, Council
voted to deny the request from Mr. & Mrs. Earl Austin to buy the property on Route 604 in the Promise Land Subdivision and
all those present voting aye. Motion carried.
On a motion by Mr. Mitchell, seconded by Mr. Carter, Council voted to refer to the Ordinance Committee the Joint Enforcement Compact on Vehicle Decal Ordinance for their study and recommendation and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.
On a motion by Mr. Mitchell, seconded by Mr. Bass, Council voted to not apply for the ISTEA Grant this year and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.
On a motion by Mr. Mitchell, seconded by Mr. Carter, Council voted to recess and reconvene on December 29, 1994 at 4:30 PM.-to adopt the 1995-Budget-and- all those present-voting-aye~ ~ Motion carried. ,
There being no further business to come before Council, the meeting adjourned.
