Mr. Carter, asked what the status of the Cable TV was now.
On a motion by Mr. Bass, seconded by Mr. Carter, Council voted to approve the two applications for water connections, one for Harold Anderson out of Town, and one for Winfred Graham in Town, and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.
On a motion by Mr. Conner, seconded by Mr. Carson, Council voted that in accordance with the Section 2.1-344 of the State Code to go into Executive Session to discuss -Personnel and possible acquisition of property, and all members voting aye.
On a motion by Mr. Carson, seconded by Mr. Mitchell, Council voted to go back into regular session.

certify that only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements were discussed. Motion carried.

On a motion by Mr. Mitchell, seconded by Mr. Bass, Council
voted to advertize the full-time position for the Division
of Motor Vehicle Office and set a ceiling of $15,000.00
as a Salary for this position, and all those present voting aye. Motion carried.
