On a motion by Mr. Carter, seconded by Mr. Bass, Council supported Mayor Spiggle as Zoning Administrator's decision that the request for a temporary Camp Stige,jfor the Rail Crew for Norfolk and Southern on their preberty off Lee Grant Avenue be denied. Motion carried.
On a motion by Mr. Carson, seconded by Mr. Mitchell, Council voted on amendment to make the new Town Code effective July 1, 1994.
