On a motion by Mr. Carson, Seconded by Marvin Mitchell,
Council voted to request the Highway Department's approval of two Handicapped Parking spaces on Main Street one at Farmers National Bank and one at Times-Virginian Printing and all those present voting. Motion carried.
On a motion by Mr. Hubbard, seconded by Mr. Carter, Council voted to re-wire the Depot, put the office space at the front entrance from the ramp with the restrooms and leave the display area open to preserve the area as it is.

Mayor Spiggle reported the easements for the National
Park Service Line will be $4,000.00 for the Johnson/Patterson Property.
There being no further business to come before Council, the
