Council clarified the portion of the Loitering Ordinance that has to do with posting the Hours, they felt that should be left off completely. A new copy will be drawn up and sent to the proper officials.
On a motion by Mr. Carter, seconded by Mr. Carson, council/4y\“y9 voted to have a Street light installed in Winston Place and” all those present voting aye. Motion carried.
On a motion by Mr. Carson, seconded by Mr. Conner, Council voted to recess this meeting and reconvene on Wednesday, December 27, 1989 at 4:30 P.M., with the Public Hearing held at first, and the meeting at 5:00 P.M.
Bass-aye Carter-aye Carson-aye Conner-aye Hubbard-aye Mitchell-aye Motion carried.
On a motion by Mr. Hubbard, seconded by Mr. Carson, Council voted to advertize the Town Council intent to adopt the 1990 Proposed Budget and Set the Tax Rates for 1990 for two weeks in the local paper, and all those present voting aye.
