Thée=recessed and reconvened meeting of the Appomattox Town Council was held on Monday, October 17, 1988, at 7:00 P.M. with Mayor Spiggle presiding.
Those present were: R. L. Bass, H. W. Conner, W. H. Carson, Marvin Mitchell, and S. E. Carter. Absent - R. C. Hubbard
Others present: Bernard C. Proctor, P.E. and Bobbie H. Mullins, Clerk.
The purpose of the meeting was to go over the Sewer Use Ordinance as it relates to the Town Code.
There being no further business to come before Council, the meeting adjourned. ,
