AND FURTHER, That repayment of the bond issued by the Virginia Resources Authority be secured by both the pledge of revenue of the Sanitary Sewerage System and the full faith and credit of the Town of Appomattox, Virginia.

Bernard Proctor, Engineer, presented a proposal for the Availability Fees for McDonald's Corporation. (See attached copy).
On a motion by Mr. Bass, seconded by Mr. Hubbard, Council voted to accept the proposal for the Availability Fee for McDonald's and all those members present voting aye. Motion carried.
On a motion by Mr. Hubbard, seconded by Mr. Conner, Council voted to grant Al Sears and Steve Lawson's request for a water connection
on their property off Morton Lane, and all those members present voting aye. Motion carried. (See attached copy)
On a motion by Mr. Hubbard, seconded by Mr. Conner, Council voted to table the Meals Tax Ordinance and Item 2, Retirement at 55 until the June meeting. Motion carried.
