Mr. Hubbard made the motion, seconded by Mr. Bass, to adopt the 1985 Budget as presented with the recommendation that a ceiling amount be placed on the Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance of $2400.00 and all over would be the employees responsibility.

On a motion by Mr. Hubbard, seconded by Mr. Bass, Council set the 1985 Tax Rate at $.20 per $100.00 for Real Estate and $.55 per $100.00 for Personal Property.

On a motion by Mr. Hubbard, seconded by Mr. Conner, Town Council voted to raise the Auto Tag to $15.00 each as of January 1, 1985.

Mr. Hubbard made the motion, seconded by Mr. Bass, to set the salaries and that all other rates remain the same for 1985.
