ref: reel030847 date: 1983-09-12 content: On a motion by Mr. Bass, seconded by Mr. Carter, the Town Council voted to allow the Appomattox County Youth Association to store the Athletic Equipment in the Storage area of the Town Office and all members present voting aye. Motion carried.
On a motion by Mr. Carter, Seconded by Mr. Webb, Council voted to sell the old Ball Park Lights to Charlotte County School Board all but 15, at a price of $10.00 a price.
Carter-aye Bass-aye Lawson-aye Hubbard-aye Webb-aye Noble-aye Motion carried unanimously.
On a motion by Mr. Noble, seconded by Mr. Bass, Council voted to authorize Mr. Britton to apply for an Economic Grant for our 25% of the Regional Sewerage facility on the same terms with James C. May & Associates as before.

On a motion by Mr. Noble, seconded by Mr. Bass, Council voted to authorize Mr. Britton to sign the proposed agreement with John Cole for the proposed well site with the addition to the agreement of Seven Connections at a maximum costs of $400.00 per connection.
