ref: reel030673 date: 1982-09-13 content: In the meeting held on August 16, 1982, page 1, paragraph 10, action was taken by Council that must be withdrawn as the situation no longer exists. Mr. Hubbard withdrew his motion and Mr. Noble withdrew his second.
On a motion by Mr. Bass, seconded by Mr. Carter, Council voted to withdraw and remove this entire motion from the Records.

On a motion by Mr. Bass, seconded by Mr. Hubbard, Council voted to take the $71,000.00 already received from the apartment complex being built as their availability fee; put $61,000.00 into a Certificate of Deposit for 90 days and the balance $10,000.00 in another Certificate of Deposit to be held in escrow for future work on the Sewer.
