On a motion by Mr. Bass, seconded by Mr. Noble, Council voted their support on Legislation proposed as regards the funding for the Criminal Justice Training Center, and to notify all persons responsible.

Mr. T. E. Conner submitted his resignation from Town Council effective March 31, 1982.
On a motion by Mr. Lawson, seconded by Mr. Bass, Council voted to appoint Mr. S. E. Carter to fill the unexpired term of Mr. T. E. Conner effective April 1, 1982, and this appointment is with full approval of the Mayor.
