The Appomattox Town Council in accordance with Sec. 23 of the Appomattox Town Code hereby notifies the Citizens of a proposed amendment and reenactment of Sec. 3-3. HOURS FOR SALE OF BEER AND WINE proposed amendment.
Sec. 3-3. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale beer or wine on premises, between the hours of 11:00 PM Saturday and 6:00 A.M. the following Monday morning of each and every week. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale beer or wine off premises between 12:00 mid-night, Saturday, and 6:00 A.M. the following Monday morning of each and every week.
