Mr. Conner made the motion, seconded by Mr. Hubbard to not accept the proposal of the Highway Department for three lane traffic for a solution to the traffic problems on U.S. Route 460.

Mr. Carter made the motion, seconded by Mr. Lawson, to accept the recommendations of the Sewer Committee and not change the Sewer Ordinance at this time.

Mr. Hubbard made the motion, seconded by Carter, to request the Highway Department to put "NO Thru Trucks" Signs on Atwood Street on thru Highland Avenue. The motion was then withdrawn and the Town Manager was requested to get more information.
Mr. Conner made the motion, seconded by Hubbard, to renew the lease for the Arts & Crafts Coop. with the same provisions as last year, and all members voted aye.
