Those members present was R. C. Spiggle, R. C. Hubbard, T. E. Conner, Burke Guill, R. L. Bass and Bill Britton.
R. C. Spiggle made a motion, seconded by T. E. Conner, to except T. E. Brown Construction Co., Inc. proposal, dated May 25, 1978, for drainage on Lee Street. To do this work at cost plus 15%, not to exceed $8,000.00. R. C. Spiggle voted aye, R. C. Hubbard voted aye, T. E. Conner voted aye, Burke Guill voted aye.
