Mr. Britton reviewed a bid proposal from VABBCO, Inc. to bore under the highways for the access water line to the Water Tank. A lengthy discussion of this proposal followed.
Mr. Conner made the motion seconded by Mr. Hubbard, to authorize Mr. Britton to get another bid proposal and give him the power to award the contract as he sees fit.

Mr. Britton reported he has received a vehicle from Emergency Services for his use under a five year agreement with Emergency Services. Council voted to buy a new motor to go with the truck and use if for public use.
Mr. Britton was requested to check with Mr. Holland to see if he will serve as United Nations Day, Chairman.
Mr. House made the motion, seconded by Mr. Conner to authorize Mr. Britton to sell the old typewriter at a bid price of $25.00 and all members voted yes.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
