ref: reel030171 date: 1977-01-13 content: A called meeting of the Appomattox Property Committee was held in the Appomattox Town Office Building on January 13 at 5:00 P.M.
Members present, Chairman T. E. Conner, M. J. House, Jr., and R. C. Spiggle.
Others present at the meeting were Town Manager, W. R. Britton, Jr. and Chief of Police, James R. Ford, Jr.
A discussion was held on the Specifications for a new police car.
On a motion by M. J. House, Jr., seconded by R. C. Spiggle and all members voting yes the following specifications were agreed on for bidding. (See attached copy)
On a motion by R. C. Spiggle, seconded by M. J. House, Jr. all members voting yes, they agreed to accept bids for a new addressograph.
