Mr. Slagle reported that he had received a letter from the Junior Woman's Club thanking us for our help and support.
Mr. Slagle reported he needs confirmation of approval for the CETA Title VI program. Council gave their verbal approval.
Mr. Slagle also explained several items of business concerning the VEPCO rate, 911 emergency number, the ASAP program, and the 100% assessment.

Street Committee
A meeting of the Street Committee was held in the Appomattox Town hall on Monday, November 10, 1975 at 7:00 P.M.
The purpose of the meeting was to review the property acquisition for the proposed Court Street Project and to recommend a course of action.
On a motion by Spiggle seconded by Conner the Committee elected to recommend to the Appomattox Town Council to eliminate perpendicular parking throughout the entire length of Court Street effective December 1, 1975.
