The purpose of this meeting was to familiarize the Council with the contents of a proposed leave policy for Town employees and with possible pay scales for Town employees and to discuss the advisibility of obtaining an option on a lot adjacent to Well Lot No. 8 for a future Well site. Those in attendance were the following: H. B. Pack, Burke Guill, Mrs. Robinson, T. E. Conner, and R. C. Hubbard.
