NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Appomattox, Virginia, do hereby unanimously endorse Charles F. Moses, Jr. to fill the unexpired term of the late Lawrence H. McWane on the Virginia Highway Commission representing the Lynchburg Construction District and we further direct that a copy of this resolution be sent to the Honorable Mills E. Godwin, Governor of the State of Virginia.
