We, the undersigned Commissioner's of Election, held in the town of Appomattox, on the Second Tuesday in June, 1945, do hereby certify that the above is a true and correct abstract of votes cast at said election, and do therefore determine and declare that Chas. F. James, received the highest number of votes cast at said election for Mayor, and that Jas. H. Lucado, J. E. Jamerson, Chas. S. Jenkins, C. Lewis McDearmon, C. K. Hunter and Geo. B.
